audible: Covers/Remixes Part III: Greatest Covers

My (extremely well paid) freelance journalist mla has provided the crowd with her fab five of covers, and they go like this:

Joe Cocker - With a Little Help From My Friends (Beatles)

Oasis - I Am the Walrus (Beatles)

Jeff Buckley - Hallelujah
(leonard cohen)

Gary Jules - Mad World (tears for fears)

Muse - Feeling Good
(written by Anthony Newley and Leslie Bricusse for the 1965 musical The Roar of the Greasepaint—the Smell of the Crowd)

each cover may be better than the original, except for oasis' rendition of walrus, but not to any fault of their own. they're covering the beatles.

credit: thank you mla
a/v rating: i'm still waiting for a cover of Patio Lanterns by Kim Mitchell (props for the OPP ball cap Kim)
